Nghĩa Tân – Dịch Vọng Hậu Condominium in Hanoi is a large mixed-use project that recently has won Asia Pacific Property Award in Architects category. It combines three large-scale residential apartment buildings with a market, commercial and retail units. The residential buildings extend across 26 floors with 1272 units, divided between two and three bedroom apartments. The lowest level has two-storey shophouses that are traditional in Vietnam, with retail on the ground floor and residential above. The towers are orientated south-north, taking advantage of wind for passive cooling while large areas of landscaping provide pleasant greenery and flow of foot traffic visitors benefitting both the residences and the retail areas.

Additional facilities include a park, gym and playgrounds. A separate market block creates a dedicated shopping area combining stalls on the ground floor with retail outlets above. Basements provide extensive parking facilities for owners and visitors to the shopping areas. The result is a multi-purpose development that will attract new people to the region while advancing the economy and retail infrastructure.
