Spanning approximately 300 hectares, nearly 100 hectares are dedicated to greenery and water bodies. The retention lake is relocated to the center, forming a continuous Green-Blue Network throughout the site. Beneath the 220–500 kV high-voltage power lines, a landscape axis integrates pedestrian and bicycle paths, connecting functional zones toward the Metro transit system.

In the northern and southern areas, about 60 hectares are allocated for low-rise resettlement and new housing developments. This structure harmonizes with the surrounding existing low-rise urban fabric, logically transitioning density from the periphery to the project core and the TOD zone.
