The Dragon Fairy apartment hotel is a 40-story landmark located on Tran Phu Street, one of the most bustling coastal avenues in Vietnam. Beyond maximizing the efficiency of the 2,500 m² site, the investor envisioned a distinctive architectural design to serve as a signature brand identity for the enterprise.

By artfully blending solid elements and expansive glass panels, the facade catches the changing light at sunrise and sunset, painting an Eastern-inspired masterpiece across the building's exterior. Alongside the implementation of BIM in design management, the Alinco team placed a strong emphasis on selecting sustainable materials tailored to withstand the harsh marine environment.
