Located in a bustling area of Hanoi, the project is designated by the city government for rental housing catering to experts and employees at Sai Dong Industrial Park.

The primary products are compact 40m² apartments, flexibly adaptable to function as a 1-bedroom or (1+1)-bedroom layout for experts or young families.

Passive design delivers sustainable efficiency. Buildings are oriented North-South to minimize negative external environmental impacts. All indoor spaces feature natural ventilation and daylight, reducing carbon emissions and minimizing operation and maintenance costs. The landscape features natural designs combining greenery, permeable materials, and a retention lake to adapt to climate change.
