As an integral part of the 200-hectare Art Valley master plan, the twin tower complex is designed as a signature brand identity for the entire development. The building's architectural form symbolizes the image of "liền anh – liền chị" (male and female Quan ho singers) – the defining cultural symbol of Bac Ninh Quan ho folk songs, a UNESCO-recognized intangible cultural heritage. This complex integrates diverse functions, including commercial services, apartments, a hotel, and offices. It serves not only as the architectural centerpiece of the project but also as a prominent landscape landmark at the gateway to the province.
